Since 2017, I've been an Illinois Mobile Notary and Certified Signing Agent, which has given me a wide range of knowledge & experience. I’m background screened by the National Notary Association, with the ability to notarize all types of Estate planning documents, Real Estate documents, and legal documents. As a Certified Signing Agent I have performed several hundreds of closings including refinances, reverse mortgages, home equity loans, modifications, purchases, and others. I also have specialized training in dealing with the senior population, those with disabilities, signature by mark, acknowledgements, and affirmations.

We have over 7 years of experience working with the senior/geriatric population. We understand Alzheimer's, Dementia, and other mentally debilitating illness that requires constant care. For this reason, we are very compassionate, and patient while being able to ascertain if a client has the ability to discern between what is fact and fiction.
Our mobile notaries and signing agents are patient, considerate without being patronizing, and allow customers to do things that that they are able to do. Should the client have trouble understanding us, we will repeating ourselves, use different words, or break up ideas into smaller manageable bits that can be easily remembered.
